Look, if you've seen this tank, you can probably almost tell immediately if it's for you. We offer a number of petcocks that fit this tank; P/N 105-0016 is a great, affordable option that’s easy on the wallet, and we also have fuel caps for a complete installation. This tank is welded and then pressure tested at the factory before shipping. Mounting tabs are welded onto the tank for convenience, but you'll need to fabricate a solid mounting system to the motorcycle. Some riders like to mount through the tabs directly into the frame. Though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory, pressure testing before applying filler or paint is standard practice. If needed, you may elect to seal with a tank sealer (P/N 105-0002) before painting.
