Q: Are your products listed on your website actually in stock, or are they made to order?
A: Yes, we maintain an active inventory of the items on our website in our Archbold, OH warehouse. This means that any products listed on our website as being “in stock” are actually “on the shelf” and ready to ship from our warehouse. Most orders ship the same day that the order is placed, but for best results we highly recommend placing the order before 2:00pm noon EST of the day you need it shipped. If you have an item that is extremely critical to receive by a certain delivery date, please call/text 419-265-9399 M-F 8am-5pm EST to verify delivery date with one of our customer service representatives before placing the order. If we run out of stock of an item, it will be marked “sold out” on our website until the inventory has been restocked. We do not take backorders, please check the website for current stock status. If you would like to be notified when an "out of stock" item becomes available for purchase, navigate to the product page of the item on www.TCBros.com and click "Notify Me When Available" then enter your email address. An automatically generated email will be sent to you the moment that the item returns to inventory.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened condition within 90 days of original purchase date. Items returned within the first 30 days will be fully refunded via the original payment method. Items returned after 30 days and prior to 90 days, will be offered a refund via in-store credit. No returns beyond 90 days will be accepted, unless the product is defective. If product has been installed, worn, or damaged, the return will be denied. TC Bros. must be contacted before returning any item to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no writing, labels, or markings on the retail packaging itself. All returns must be placed inside a shipping box unless the item was originally shipped to you in its retail packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return label and/or within the package; any package without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Do not write on retail packaging or you will be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of the return. Please ensure your items are carefully packed, and we recommend using shipping insurance. TC Bros. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Credit will be given using the same payment method as original purchase within 30 days of receiving returned item. TC Bros. is not liable for any labor and/or installation/removal expenses incurred by customer as a result of a product purchase from TC Bros.
Returns are not accepted on electrical items such as charging system components or ignition components unless for manufacturer's warranty claim if applicable. Please contact us to verify if your item is eligible for warranty claim from the manufacturer before returning item.
TC Bros. Choppers, LLC reserves right to amend return policy at any time.
Q: Are there any exclusions to the free shipping over $99 offer?
A: Yes. Free shipping over $99 is only available to customer orders with a delivery address in the contiguous United States (lower 48) whose order cart subtotal is greater than $99.
Q: I am having an order shipped outside of the USA. Are duty charges, taxes, and VAT included in my international shipping charges?
A: No. The price you pay for international freight only covers your transport costs. Depending on the laws and customs regulations of the country you live in, you may be assessed additional fees and taxes in order to receive your order. These charges are not made by TC Bros., but rather by the government of the country in which you live. We do not have any control over these charges. We will not falsely mark a custom's document as a "gift", or lower the actual value of the items in order to save you customs charges as it is illegal.
Q: Will TC Bros Choppers Brand XS650 or CB750 Weld On Hardtails fit any other years/models of bikes other than what is listed on the item description?
A: No. The weld on hardtails are designed to fit only the models listed on their description. Most Japanese motorcycle manufacturers (Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, etc.) did NOT share frame geometry between models. In other words, if you do not have the exact year/model of bike listed in our description, the hardtail is NOT going to fit your bike, nor is there an “easy modification” to make it fit (if there was, we would state it in our description). If we do not make a weld on hardtail specifically for your bike, our universal hardtail kit is going to be your best bet (as long as your wheel has a 20mm diameter rear axle).
Q: How difficult is it to install a weld on hardtail?
A: The difficulty of installation depends on the skill level of the installer. It is highly advised that you review our installation instructions found on the item pages of the website to determine whether or not you have the skills required to do the installation before purchasing. All of our hardtails are professionally welded using industrial welding machines to AWS standards. If customers choose to weld/install our hardtail to their frame, TC Bros. Choppers, LLC recommends that they have a certified welder do this process to ensure that the frame is square and welded securely. TC Bros. Choppers, LLC is not responsible for any damage done to frames while customers install or use TC Bros. Choppers brand hardtails.
Q: Will any other TC Bros. “model specific” brand products (forward controls, intakes, exhausts, etc.) fit any other years/models of bikes other than what is listed in the item description?
A: No. If our products would fit other bikes with little to no modification, we would mention it on the item description.
Q: Will TC Bros. install a Universal Hardtail Kit on my bike, or build a “one off” custom hardtail for a customer’s bike that is not one of the models listed on the website?
A: No. We do not offer custom variations of our hardtails (different stretches and drops). What we have listed on the website is all that we offer. We also no longer install our hardtails onto customer bikes (too busy making parts to do installs anymore). We have several dealers that are more than qualified to do the installation for you if necessary. Contact us if you need a recommendation.
Q: Will TC Bros. do engine work, repair work, or general service work (oil changes, brakes, electrical, etc.) on customer bikes?
A: No. TC Bros. does not offer any mechanical/service work at this time.
Q: Will TC Bros. powdercoat parts for customers?
A: No. Although we do powdercoat many of our production parts, we no longer offer "one off" powdercoating services to the public.
Q: Does TC Bros. have a physical “walk in” showroom location?
A: Yes. We are located at 502 Jackson St. Archbold, OH 43502. Our hours of operation are M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. For best/fastest customer service try to avoid 11:30am-12:30pm EST as this is when most of our employees take their lunch breaks.
Q: What are the terms and conditions for package protection?
A: Your decision to purchase package protection must be made at time of checkout. It is selected by default in your cart. If you prefer not to protect your order, simply opt out. Package protection can not be added/removed after an order is placed. We ship orders extremely fast so if the package has already been processed we can not change the package protection selection.
If you do not purchase package protection, TC Bros. will not be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during transit.
What is covered by package protection?
For as low as 1% of your total order value, package protection safeguards your package from any damage or loss caused by the carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS).
The cost structure is as follows:
Approximately $1 per $100 total order value. Starting at $1.95 (see below for examples)
- $1.95 for orders up to $200
- $2.95 for orders $201-$300
- $3.95 for orders $301-$400
- $4.95 for orders $401-$500
- $5.95 for orders $501-$600
- $6.95 for orders $601-$700
- $7.95 for orders $701-$800
- $8.95 for orders $801-$900
- $9.95 for orders $901-$1,000
How does package protection work?
If a package goes missing or gets damaged during shipping, we will refund or replace your damaged or missing items.

No matter what shipping type you select, we recommend package protection to protect your order. Our famous "Fast Free Shipping On Orders $99 & Up" does not include package protection.
What is not covered by package protection?
Theft is not covered by package protection. If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file any necessary claims directly with FedEx, USPS, UPS and/or local law enforcement agencies.
Package protection does not cover shipping delays. We can only provide a refund/replacement if the shipping carrier declares the package as lost. Typically, this occurs if the package has not shown any movement for 15 days, although it may vary from shipment to shipment or carrier to carrier.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout. If a package is a "return to sender" to us by the carrier, it can be re-sent at the expense of the purchaser.
