V-Factor Adjustable Length Shock Absorbers for 1989-1999 Harley-Davidson Softail
Twin shock Softails have a pull-type shock setup that's unique and the travel at the axle is limited—generic shocks don't cut it. These adjustable-length shock absorbers will restore a cushy ride for aging Softails that are likely sporting original, tired units.

- Height can be altered two inches (-1/2" to +1-1/2" measured at the saddle)

The shocks are height-adjustable—even when installed. The height can be altered from 1/2" under stock to 1-1/2" over stock. Preload is adjustable with an appropriate pin spanner. Chrome plated units fit later Evolution twin-shock frames and custom/aftermarket frames that use the same dimensions.
