Cruisetec tire sports an aggressive tread pattern and dual-compound rubber. Dual-compound tires put softer rubber at the edges of the tire, so you get extra bite when you're buried deep in the corners and longer-lasting rubber down the center of the tire to hold up to long miles out on the slab.
