TC Bros. DIY Builder Gas Tank High Tunnel

Whether fabbing a tank or converting a low-tunnel tank into one that sits deeper on the bike, this tunnel is the piece you need if you don't have access to a metal brake.

  • 21-3/4" long
  • Top radius is 1", yielding a 2" diameter that tapers out to 3-1/4" at the bottom
  • Super-deep tunnel (8-3/4") to get even the tallest tanks low on the frame
  • Mild steel for easy welding
  • 16 ga. for longevity
  • Pairs well with a Peanut Shell

Modifying or building a fuel tank is no easy task. If you've got something super-custom in mind, starting with a pre-fabbed tunnel can make a laborious job a little easier. The depth of this tunnel should allow even the tallest tanks to sit in—rather than on—the bike. This tunnel is equally at home on a fresh tank as it is being used for conversion of a low-tunnel tank.
