We put together the Sportster to highlight how well the platform lends itself to being transformed into a properly traditional chopper. There’s no fluff or trickery; the simple, clean lines and exposed parts free of clutter are what make this bike look tidy and neat. We make so many parts for 1982-2003 Sporties that building one is a pretty painless affair.
Our hardtail is like a cheat code to getting your stance right. The long, skinny +6" 39mm fork, King and Queen seat coupled with the tall sissy bar, and the narrow "Rabbit" handlebar all bite directly from ‘70s chop aesthetics. Add in some vintage tires and what you’ve got is a chopper that would look right at home in one of Dad’s vintage bike magazines out in the shed.
Whether you’re keeping it mild with stock dimensions, trimmed sheet metal and a few upgraded parts or going full send on a hardtail with loads of rake, TC Bros. has parts you need to make your build a bunch of fun, not a bunch of work. Yeah, we have all the big stuff, but we can support you on the small parts, too—hoses, clamps, cables, fittings and other ancillary pieces that don’t get accolades, but are very necessary to get your bike from project status to burning gas.
