Protect your investment with Package Protection, which must be purchased at checkout. It is selected by default in your cart. If you prefer not to protect your order, simply opt out. Package Protection cannot be added/removed after an order is placed. We ship orders extremely rapidly. Due to the extreme speed with which we process packages, we are unable to alter orders to add package protection after the order is placed.

If you do not purchase package protection, TC Bros. is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during transit.

What is covered by package protection?

Package protection safeguards your package from any damage or loss caused by carriers like FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

Cost structure

Package protection rates begin at $2.95, which covers orders up to $200 in value. For higher-value orders, protection costs an additional $1 per $100 of your total order value. Here is a general list of typical package protection costs as measured against the value of the order.

  • $3.95 for orders $201-$300
  • $4.95 for orders $301-$400
  • $5.95 for orders $401-$500
  • $6.95 for orders $501-$600
  • $7.95 for orders $601-$700
  • $8.95 for orders $701-$800
  • $9.95 for orders $801-$900
  • $10.95 for orders $901-$1,000

How does package protection work?

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will refund or replace the items.  Call, text, email, or chat with us to start a claim. (419-265-9399/sales@tcbroschoppers.com)

Please have your order number handy to aid us in finding your info. We will review and process your claim ASAP. Refunds are directly issued to the original payment method used for the order.

No matter what shipping type you select, we recommend package protection to protect your order. Please note that the cost of package protection does not contribute to to the minimum order threshold for our famous "Fast Free Shipping on Orders $99 and Up."

What is not covered by package protection?

Theft is not covered by package protection. If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file any necessary claims directly with FedEx, USPS, UPS and/or local law enforcement agencies.

Package protection does not cover shipping delays. We only provide a refund or replacement if the shipping carrier declares the package as lost. Typically, this occurs if the package has not shown any movement for 15 days, although that may vary depending on shipment or carrier specifics.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to sender by the carrier, we will reship at the expense of the purchaser.
