TC Bros. Extra Narrow Triple Tree Set for 2008-2022 Harley Davidson Sportster

TC Bros.® extra narrow triple trees are the best way to turn a set of factory 39mm diameter Harley Davidson Sportster® forks into an super skinny chopper front end. These are the perfect finishing touch to your custom 2008-2022 Sportster build. Proudly made in the USA!

Features:

  • Trees are beautifully CNC machined from 1-1/4" thick 6061-T6 billet aluminum. 
  • Extra narrow design sets fork tubes at 5.595" center to center (over 1-3/8" narrower than stock narrowglide).
  • Standard Harley 3.5" handlebar riser spacing is maintained for easy installation.
  • 1" Steering stem is precision CNC machined for a perfect fit to your factory HD neck.
  • Included 3/4" diameter narrow axle and wheel spacer are CNC machined for a perfect fit to the Moto Iron® #115-0028 or #115-0073 spool hub wheels that we also sell. Axle and spacer are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. 
  • Approximately 3-3/4" finished width between fork sliders for tire clearance.
  • Lower tree features integrated headlight mounting hole that fits most bottom mount style aftermarket headlights.
  • Proudly made in the USA by skilled craftsmen.
  • Detailed mounting instructions and high quality hardware is included.

    • These trees are designed to fit 2008-2022 Sportster models using the original front forks (39mm diameter) only. The lower tree has integrated fork stops specifically designed to mate with the OEM Sportster frame neck. For 2004-2007 Sportsters, see #113-0131. For 2003 and older models, see #113-0129.
    • These trees will not fit inverted front ends found on 2016-newer XL1200CX Roadster or XR1200 models. They will also not fit any models with 49mm diameter fork tubes (2016-newer XL1200X Forty Eight, XL1200XS Forty Eight Special).
    • These trees will not fit any Sportster models with Revolution Max Engines (water cooled). They are specifically designed for 883cc and 1200cc air cooled models
