Add classic vintage style to your motorcycle with this TC Bros. Finned air cleaner in black powdercoat finish. The cover is beautifully hand cast from 356-T6 aluminum right here in the USA. Washable cotton gauze filter element provides high performance air flow to your V-Twin. Kit attaches easily using the American made, CNC machined, powder coated steel mounting bracket.

This ultra-compact kit is designed to fit all Harley Davidson® Big Twin and Sportster models using factory CV Carburetors or factory electronic fuel injection (EFI) units. This kit will not fit 1995-2001 HD Big Twin models equipped with Magneti Marelli fuel injection units using dual bore throttle bodies. If installing on models using a CV carburetor, it is highly recommended to use in conjunction with a support bracket for longevity. See TC Bros. SKU #109-0083 for Sportster models. Support bracket is not required on EFI models. Note: EVO Big Twins and 1991-up Sportsters also require crankcase breathers. See TC Bros. SKU #109-0082.

Very nice intake

Prior to this intake I had a cheap one from Amazon. In the pictures it looks similar but I needed one to run a catch can. The pictures do no justice, this intake is built very well. The metal has some heft to it, thick and the black paint is there to last. I did reuse the KN filter I had prior since it was practically new but the one included is way more sturdy and is taller than the KN. The cover goes well with the heads and DK catch can.

Clean and tight.

Put this on a 2016 Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG with a twin cam 103. The air cleaner I was running was a screaming eagle ventilator. It was huge and over engineered. It was so big I couldn't comfortably get my foot on the peg. Installation was simple and I now have no problem getting my foot on the peg. I am running Vance & Hines short shot pipes and had it mapped for these and the ventilator air cleaner. I did not re-map and it actually seems like it runs better, so I'm not gonna touch it. Overall, very satisfied. Go TC Bros!
