Moto Iron Exhaust Gasket Installation Tool for 1984-Up Harley-Davidson Big Twin and Sportster

Getting ready to swap pipes? Make sure your new gaskets seat properly with this Moto Iron installation tool.

  • Pilots off the cylinder head and studs to perfectly center the gasket
  • Helps prevents exhaust leaks that can occur from gaskets that have deformed due to corrosion in the cylinder head preventing proper seating
  • Durable construction for a lifetime of service.

Installing exhaust gaskets in Harley-Davidson cylinder heads can be tricky. Often, carbon buildup and aluminum oxide in the exhaust ports can make it difficult to know if a gasket has properly seated all the way against the ridge in the port. this tool is designed to seat the gaskets and prepare them to accept the exhaust pipe without deforming the gaskets. Don't cause a leak or waste a set of brand new gaskets from improper installation.

Pair this tool with a gasket set (available separately) and exhaust spring clips/retaining rings and pipe flanges (available separately) for a thorough, complete installation.
