The TC Bros. Sissy Bar Kit is the easy way to build a custom sissy stick for your bike without building a jig and shipping an 8-foot long piece of round stock.

Solid 1018 cold-rolled steel
Precision-bent by CNC machines for perfect fitment and symmetry
Trim the hoop, weld the tabs and bungs (included) in place, and you're done!
Sissy bar pad available (fits standard height bars only)

Kit includes (1) pre-bent bar, (2) axle plate mounting tabs, (2) 3/8"-16 threaded bungs, (2) mounting bolts, and (2) leather washers
Standard dimensions: 25-1/4" tall; 1/2" stock
Tall dimensions: 36" tall, 5/8" stock
Kickback is 30°
Bungs are threaded dome type to allow for mounting bolts to be hidden
Optional leather washers (included) can be used to protect paint
Universal design is perfect for both flat- or round-profile rear fenders

All you need to do is get the bar into place, cut it down, make any final adjustments of your own with the torch, weld up your tabs and bungs, and you're set to go. Our design is equally at home on curved fenders as it is on flat-fender bikes. The domed bungs present a neat, clean appearance, and the rugged materials mean that if you do your part, you'll have a sissy bar that's ready to give years of faithful service.
