Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• General
  • These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, issuance, and use of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by TC Bros. Choppers, LLC ("TC Bros."). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice, and the most recent version will always be posted on the official TC Bros. website (tcbros.com). Continued use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Gift Card Purchase and Activation
  • Gift Cards are available for purchase exclusively through TC Bros.’s authorized channels, including the official website and other specified outlets.
  • Gift Cards must be activated at the time of purchase. Activation occurs once payment has been successfully processed, and the Gift Card is issued to the purchaser or recipient.
  • Gift Card denominations are predetermined by TC Bros. and will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Custom denominations are not available unless expressly offered by TC Bros.
  • TC Bros. reserves the right to limit the number or value of Gift Cards purchased per individual, per transaction, or over a specified period.
• Gift Card Redemption
  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made on tcbros.com and are not valid at any third-party retailers or locations unless explicitly stated by TC Bros.
  • The Gift Card balance will be applied to the transaction total at the time of checkout. Any remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  • TC Bros. reserves the right to reject the use of a Gift Card if it is determined to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise invalid.
• Final Sale and No Returns or Refunds
  • ALL GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all purchase information, including recipient details, before completing the transaction.
• Expiration and Validity
  • Gift Cards issued by TC Bros. may have an expiration date, which will comply with applicable state and federal laws. If applicable, the expiration date will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or printed on the Gift Card.
  • Expired Gift Cards will no longer be valid for redemption.
  • Where prohibited by law, Gift Cards will not expire and will remain valid indefinitely.
• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards should be treated as cash. TC Bros. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
  • Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly required by applicable law.
  • TC Bros. is not liable for unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
• Returns and Refunds
  • Refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card will be returned to the original Gift Card if possible. If the original Gift Card is unavailable, TC Bros. may issue the refund through an alternate method at its sole discretion.
  • For transactions where a Gift Card was partially redeemed, refunds will first be applied to the Gift Card up to the amount originally used. Any remaining refund amount will be issued through an alternative method.
• Compliance with Laws
  • The purchase, issuance, and use of Gift Cards are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • TC Bros. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and associated transactions if fraudulent activity, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Limitation of Liability
  • TC Bros. is not liable for any loss, theft, unauthorized use, or alteration of a Gift Card.
  • TC Bros. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice. Any unredeemed Gift Card balances at the time of termination may be subject to applicable refund policies or legal requirements.
  • TC Bros. is not responsible for any technical issues or system errors that may arise in the purchase, activation, or redemption of Gift Cards.
