TC Bros. Handlebar Riser Bolt Kit for Harley-Davidson
Milwaukee-Eight-era Softails use an unconventional stud setup for mounting the riser. Standard Harley-Davidson bolts used on many earlier machines are too long for the application.
- 1/2"-13 thread pitch
- Choice of length
- 2" length used in many Touring motorcycles
- 2-1/2" length replaces studs found in many 2018-Up Softail motorcycles and are also used in cone Shovel-era FL and early Softail
- 2-3/4" length used in many Sportster, FX, and FL with rubber bushings
- Please see fitment information for critical parts selection notes
- Grade 8
- Washers included

- Used in many Harley-Davidson riser fastener applications
- Verify stack-up height before use; do not exceed threaded depth and do not substitute shorter bolts or use OE bolts if items are added to the stack
- The best way to order the correct length is to loosely assemble all the components you plan on running and inserting a dial caliper (or cable tie if you don't own a dial caliper), measuring the threaded depth, and selecting the closest fastener length that does not exceed your measurement
- Changing components (like changing rubber riser bushings for solid) may change stack-up height
- Many motorcycles have been fitted with incorrect hardware; measuring threaded depth against what has been removed from the motorcycle is standard shop practice
