SP Concepts Lane Splitter Exhaust for 1999-2005 Harley-Davidson Dyna (Stainless Finish)

The LaneSplitter by SP Concepts is a high-and-tight 2-into-1 full exhaust system developed for Harley-Davidson Dyna motorcycles. Like most 2-into-1 pipes, performance is the reason this exhaust exists. With three-stage stepped head pipes and a short muffler, the LaneSplitter promotes exhaust velocity.

  • 4" rolled cone muffler with 2 1/4" perforated baffle for lots of torque and better tone
  • .065" stainless steel head pipes step up from 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" and enter the muffler through 2" sections
  • Header collars are machined of stainless steel
  • Fits all carbureted Dyna models
  • Hardware kit includes mount bracket, bolts, and speed nuts
  • This item is for off road use only and may never be installed on vehicles that will be ridden on a public road or highway

The pipe also sheds weight when you remove your factory exhaust. Note the rowdy appearance—the raw stainless will weather and color in the environment in which it's operated, and the hand-TIG-welded sections will prominently display the fact that a little more time went into creating this exhaust than some of the other ones you could buy.Ā

This exhaust is produced for carbureted motorcycles; there are no oxygen sensor bung ports in the Lane Splitter. Proper jetting and tuning will be required after installation. The mounting bracket and hardware are included. Exhaust spring clips are not included; they can be purchased separately.Ā  Exhaust gaskets are not included and should be replaced every time an exhaust system is removed; they also can be purchased separately.Ā

If you're stuck between this exhaust or a Big Bore, let your modifications be your guide. If you're going to stick mostly with bolt-on engine upgrades to stock engine internals, this is the correct exhaust to select. If you're considering aggressive head work, a radical camshaft, or big increases in bore or stroke, you may want to look at the Big Bore (P/N 109-0201) instead.Ā

We are a stocking dealer for SP Concepts. If your order is placed by 2PM EST, it will ship the same day. There's no wait, no drop shipping, and no BS.
