- Heavy Duty shocks are specifically designed for bikes that are operated at or near the manufacturer's maximum load rating over 50% of the time
Suitable for use on many Sportster and Big Twin applications including FX, FXR, Touring, and Dyna
Kit includes bushings, spacer kit, and preload spanner

1984-2005 Harley-Davidson Touring requiring a 13" shock
1977-2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster requiring a 13" shock
1987-1994 Harley-Davidson FXR requiring a 13" shock
Can be used with 1958-and-1984 FL and FX requiring a 13" shock if appropriate spacers are used
Heavy duty shocks should be chosen when combined rider (and pillion) weight exceeds 250 pounds more than 50% of the time
Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks that are different than the OEM length, confirm that your wheel travel can be altered without causing clearance issues, such as swingarm/axle to exhaust contact as well as chain/belt guard or tire contact.
