- High tunnel tank is 2" deep at the rear, increasing to 6" at the front; the lobes of the tank will straddle your backbone
- Low tunnel tank is 2" deep; the base of the tank will sit approximately even with the centerline of your backbone

Though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory, pressure testing before applying filler or paint is standard practice. If needed, you may elect to seal with a tank sealer before painting. For the same reason, we encourage thorough, solid mounting—stress on the tank or mounting hardware will eventually lead to cracks.
