TC Bros. Yamaha XS650 weld-on rigid hard tail frame section. This is the easiest way to make your XS650 into a chopper or bobber. They incorporate 3" of stretch and 5" of ground clearance for a very balanced look and stance that is very rideable. They are designed to use your XS650's stock wheel, tire, spacers, and chain adjusters. They are constructed of 1 1/8" diameter steel tubing with .120" wall thickness. The 1 1/8" diameter is also the same as the stock XS650 frame tubing for a very nice looking install that looks like it was factory made. The axle plates are cut from 3/8" thick steel and have an integrated mount hole for easy fender mounting. The hardtail was designed using the latest CAD software and built in a CNC machined fixture for a perfect fit every time. The lower rails have solid steel slugs welded into them that fit into the stock frame tubes for strength and easy assembly. Mounting instructions are included with every kit.
