HHB Sprocket/Pulley Lock System for Harley-Davidson—Black Anodized Aluminum Finish
Stop the dangerous problem of loosening pulley or sprocket fasteners on your Sportster, Big Twin, or tube-frame Buell motorcycle with the genuine Hugh’s Hand Built Sprocket Lock System.
This kit is designed to work on nearly all 1973-and-newer Harley-Davidson XL, Big Twin, and Buell motorcycles that use a 5-bolt pattern on the rear wheel. This solution is 100% bolt-on, requires no fabrication, and positively retains on the sprocket bolts, helping to ensure that they can't loosen.
If you’ve witnessed the damage and frustration loose pulley or sprocket fasteners cause, then this solution will be appealing. Harley-Davidson motorcycles have gotten heavier, more powerful, and have better brakes and tires than ever before, inviting bolts to work loose, and the Hugh's kit is a way to positively mechanically prevent that.
Your bike may already be equipped with 5/8″ hex head fasteners—this kit is compatible with those. If you have another style (a different size hex, studs and nuts, or cap screws), this kit can still be used but you will also need to procure appropriate fasteners.
Hugh's Hand Built requires retightening the sprocket/pulley hardware after the first 100 miles of riding.
