TC Bros. Profile™ Front Floating Brake rotor fits 2023-up Harley Touring Bagger and 2021-up Pan America

Harley Davidson® greatly improved the stopping power of the 2023 CVO models by utilizing the larger 12.6” (320mm) diameter rotors found on the Pan America models as opposed to the 11.8” (300mm) rotors found on most other HD bikes. They expanded this change in diameter to even more (not all) Touring models in 2024. Despite this improvement, you can further upgrade the performance and style of your Harley Bagger or Pan Am (wire spoke wheels only) with these TC Bros. Profile™ rotors. Designed for increased cooling and lighter weight, these rotors are precision manufactured using premium materials.

  • Same 12.6” (320mm) rotor diameter and 5x3.25” bolt pattern as OEM for an easy bolt on install.
  • Premium high carbon, heat treated 420 stainless steel friction material provides durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Laser cut (not stamped) to reduce warping and distortion caused by residual part stresses.
  • Precision ground for optimal brake pad engagement.
  • CNC machined floating billet aluminum carriers are strong, lightweight, and anodized for corrosion resistance.
  • Full floating design maintains optimal rotor-caliper alignment and reduces heat transfer from friction material to carrier.
  • Stainless steel riveted buttons (no c-clips) are tougher and transfer less heat to the carrier than aluminum.
  • Stainless steel disc spring washers allow the friction surface to float while preventing pins from rattling.

Fitment note: Please click on the fitment tab to see all model fitments. Harley currently utilizes 11.8” rotors on select Touring models (Road King, etc.) and these 12.6” rotors will not fit. If you have one of the 11.8” bikes, your rotors can be found by clicking here.

Harley also uses a different style, one piece, 12.6” diameter rotor in which the hub is integrated directly into the wheel. This is commonly found on non-CVO models with mag wheels instead of wire spokes. 2024-up Bagger (non-CVO) and 2021-up Pan America rotors for mag wheel models can be found by clicking here.
