TC Bros. Weld-On Hardtail Kit for 1982-2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster
This TC Bros. Sportster Hardtail kit is designed to be the highest quality, most complete, and easiest-to-install kit on the market.

- Crafted with CNC mandrel-bent .120" wall USA-made steel tubing
- Hardtail incorporates 3” of stretch and 5” of ground clearance for a great looking stance with a stock length front end
- Included bolt on frame alignment jig for an easy install
- 1-1/4" OD rails are the same diameter as original frames for a seamless-looking transition
- Designed in 3-D CAD software for a perfect fit
- Includes all required hardware and install instructions
- Uses donor bike's stock wheel, tire, brake, axle, and spacers
- Tubing slugged at all frame weld points for strength and CNC-machined at all frame attachment points for a perfect fit and easy welding
- 3/8" thick, CNC laser-cut axle plates feature threaded chain adjuster bungs include chain adjusters for 25mm or 1" diameter rear axles
- 2004 models with 3/4" axles require a 3/4"-to-1" conversion bushing kit (sold separately; P/N 104-0107)
- Lower crossmember includes battery box mounting slots for easy installation
- Accepts TC Bros. Holey Battery Box
