Cycle Electric CE-500 12V regulator for Cycle Electric DGV-5000 charging system

Why take a chance on some used part from the swap meet? There's a reason that electrical part is laying on a tarp for just a few dollars. Instead, why not take the task of electrical system diagnosis off your plate and bolt in reliability?

The Cycle Electric CE-500 is specifically designed to seamlessly fit on the end of your 12-volt DGV-5000 generator, ensuring both a neat appearance and modern charge regulation functionality.

The housing of the CE-500 is a structural part of the generator containing one of the armature bearings and features a current-limiting circuit that monitors the temperature of the armature and adjusts the current accordingly. As the temperature increases, the current decreases proportionally. This unique feature allows for higher output after a cold start, enabling faster battery recharging. (It's possible for the battery to recover in as quickly as five minutes instead of 20.)

Cycle Electric products are made right here in Ohio, USA. Research the best electrical parts you can put on an antique Harley-Davidson—this manufacturer is one folks ask for by name.
