TC Bros. Featured Customer Ride - Justin Nelsen

TC Bros. Customer Rides – a series dedicated to the fabrication ingenuity and creativity of our customers and featuring their rides they've shared with us.

In his own words:

“I'm from Fremont MI, grew up here. I started this build using a ‘76 Honda CB750. I picked it up from a buddy - always wanted to build a bobber. I love the nostalgic era – I love motorcycles, hotrods and pretty much anything with an engine!

I started riding bikes at the age of 4 so I've always been around them. My Dad introduced me to riding and I thank him so much. So when I started the build it was going to be a rat bike and wasn't going to be pretty by no means but he's always taught me to take care of stuff and always been around nice vehicles and I just couldn't do it… so it ended up like that and he likes it a lot so it makes it worth that much more to me if you know what I mean.

I used just about all TC Bros. parts to complete this build - started the build with purchasing the hardtail frame from them and it fit like a glove. Then I ordered the springer seat and mounting kit, the lane splitter bars, old school grips and throttle assembly, headlight, rear fender, oil tank, tail light and license plate bracket - definitely made the build easier with the help from TC Bros Choppers!

I set the bike all up without the frontend being raked and I couldn't handle it and had to take 2 inches out of the top of the steering stem and then I had it - handles like a dream! - you can let go of the bars at 70 mph and it goes straight as an arrow! I used a sportster tank which I believe I couldn't of used a better tank… love the look!

The biggest kick I get out of this bike is the attention I get at local bike nights all the Harley guys look at it lol I would like to thank TC Bros. for making the build fun and I hope you enjoyed my bike!
